To Whom It May Concern:

Buying a new home is always a difficult process. But, when it is done from 3000 miles away with little face to face contact, the process is incredibly difficult.

I “cold-called” Walter Ware in August of 2004. I was being transferred from New England to Santa Barbara and needed a realtor. Walt instantly agreed and began taking my requests and delivered an abundance of usable data on the area.

We were supplied schools, maps, area pricing, comparative prices for similar homes in different areas, and basically all the data possible for us to make an informed decision. Once we picked an area, Walt really kicked it in to gear. I received regular emails and calls from Walt apprising us of the market.

Walt gave great advice and steered us away from homes that were bad fits. Walt was an excellent guide in the home buying process, and I would surely recommend him to anyone. He went way above and beyond his role and really delivered to us an amazing home.

When we did find “the home” Walt maintained constant contact and kept us abreast of the situation as the closing progressed. Walt's continued persistence and attention to detail kept my mind at ease, and I knew that Walt would deal with any problem himself and would bother me as a last resort, which was good to know because I was so busy with “the move” from New Hampshire to Santa Barbara.

All in all, Walt excelled as my realtor, and I knew I could count on him and trust him. I was assured in the fact that Walt was working for me, and looking out for my interests and protecting me and my family during the process.

If I had it to do again, I would not hesitate to ask Walt to work for me. Neither should you.

Good luck,
